  • Free Consultation and Estimate

We start by scheduling a free consultation to assess your home and understand your heating and cooling needs. One of our HVAC experts will visit your property to evaluate the space, discuss your options, and recommend the best ductless mini-split system for your home. Our estimates are quick and hassle-free, taking about 20 minutes, so you can move forward without delays.

  • Custom Design and Equipment Selection

Once we’ve determined the best solution for your space, we’ll design a custom installation plan tailored to your home’s layout and specific requirements. We’ll select the ideal mini-split system, ensuring it meets your energy-efficiency goals and budget.

  • Professional Installation

On installation day, our licensed technicians will arrive on time and prepared with everything needed to get the job done. The process typically includes:

Mounting the Indoor Unit: We’ll install the indoor air handler on the wall or ceiling of the room you want to heat or cool. The unit is sleek, compact, and blends into any space.

Installing the Outdoor Unit: The outdoor condenser unit will be placed outside, usually near the same area as the indoor unit, to minimize the length of the connecting refrigerant lines.

Connecting the Units: A small, unobtrusive hole is drilled through your wall to run the refrigerant lines, drain pipes, and power cables, connecting the indoor and outdoor units. This process is done with care to preserve the appearance of your home.

Testing the System: Once everything is connected, we’ll test the system to ensure it's working perfectly and adjust the settings to your desired comfort level.

  • Clean-Up and Final Walkthrough

We treat your home with respect, and after installation, we’ll clean up any debris and leave your space just as we found it. Our team will then walk you through how to use the system, show you its features, and answer any questions you have to ensure you're comfortable operating your new mini-split.

  • Follow-Up and Support

At Airbenders, we stand by our work. After installation, we’ll check in to make sure your mini-split is running smoothly and you’re completely satisfied with the results. Plus, we offer ongoing support and maintenance services to keep your system running efficiently for years to come.
